Just Follow These Four Simple Steps
Click Here for the Amtrak Hiawatha Schools on Trains reservation form. Fill out and submit the online form OR download it and fax the completed form to Amtrak Group Desk at (800) 872-3298 or email to amtrak-schoolsontrains@amtrak.com.
The Amtrak Group Desk will process your class reservation and either fax or email you a reservation number and confirmation letter.
Create a passenger list of all the people (students, teachers, parents) traveling on your trip.
Take your confirmation letter with reservation number and passenger list to the Downtown Milwaukee Amtrak Station at least 7 days prior to your trip date to purchase your tickets.
(Please note: Purchased tickets may also be mailed via Fed Ex with a separate fee of $12.00.)
